Haircuts will be offered on a pay-what-you-can scale with all proceeds going to support The Center. Please arrive with clean, dry and unstyled hair, if possible. Location: The Center for Active Living Join Nally Michelle for this two-hour somatic workshop that empowers you to live with more aliveness and less pain. We will begin with somatic-based movement and theory, then we will finish with the sensual sound of crystal bowls in a sound bath.
