    Personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist Canvas Rose of Rosefit will help you restore muscular balance and decrease pain by teaching you how to effectively use self-myofascial release to maximize your strength training. We will release overactive muscles and strengthen under active muscles to reduce pain and restore function. All abilities are welcome.
