Challenge your body at any age with movements that support strength, balance, and confidence.  You’ll learn how to build strong bones through good alignment, intentional yoga poses, and light weights that stimulate bone density safely and effectively. This approach creates healthy stress on your bones — just enough to encourage growth — while improving your posture, stability, and overall strength. It’s a mindful, sustainable way to stay strong for life. If possible bring two blocks, light weights and a yoga mat.
