    The Dahlia Experience

    Join Nally Michelle for this two-hour somatic workshop that empowers you to live with more aliveness and less pain. We will begin with somatic-based movement and theory, then we will finish with the sensual sound of crystal bowls in a sound bath. The workshop is limited to 30 participants, and a minimum of 15 participants must register. Workshop fee: $60. Props recommended: Yoga mat, blanket(s) and/or pillow(s) for the sound bath portion.
