He’ll teach about an extraordinary method he created that can be used to navigate stress in as easy as one breath and 10 seconds. This class can be enjoyed by anyone who wants to feel extraordinary in community and has a vision of having a more stress free and joyful life. (This class was previously called Wellbeing Workshop.)
