Level 1 is for beginners. Level 2 is for intermediate practitioners and those looking for a review of basic moves and combinations. Level 3 will be for those experienced in tai chi and ready to add to their skill set.

Medicare Presentation – canceled

The Center for Active Living 4217 SW Oregon St., Seattle

Patrice Lewis will go over the basics of Medicare, review options available to you and discuss what to consider when selecting a plan. Patrice is also available to meet one-to-one with a pre-scheduled appointment. Medicare Presentation is canceled for November 7 and December 5.
